I'm not saying literally scrap 'hit contracts' what i'm saying is it needs to expire as soon as you leave the server. I want to understand the logic of being killed for a "hit contract" and then getting robbed as soon as you join the game, it's not like there aren't people who are already wanted for a hit contract from robbing a mafia owned shop already playing in the game so why must someone who's just joined be killed and robbed when there's other users who will most likely rob mafia shops and getting hitte'd from it.
I can understand being personally hit'd leaving the game and being killed on spot but for criminals who regularly rob shops and being killed on spawn makes no sense and it could potentially turn off new users. It's even more unfair for people who like me who use laptop touchpad not a mouse, we can't even aim and shoot effectively[code][/code] so it's not like we spawn armed and prepared we're pretty much defenseless and be killed and robbed for no reason just because we robbed a couple places last night. The idea of mafia hit's is good but for shop owned hits it needs to expire after you leave the game else to me you'll have hitters targeting newly spawned users. Let's take this suggestion into consideration and make the game better.

If you don't want to get a hit then avoid robbing Sex shops, Casinos, Bars. These are mafia controlled businesses and if you rob them then there is a good chance that you will get yourself an auto-hit.
No. We have enough hit evaders and implementing this would only make it worse. Deposit your money in bank before leaving and ask any hitman to kill you and your ridiculous problem is gone.

Absolutely not. Take this from the Pagati Underboss: One in every five hits is abused in some way by the user who has the hit. The two most common ways people prevent us claiming a hit is AFKing in Alcatraz, and using /q when we get close. Yes, both are reportable, but that's little consolation when our score and money suffers.
However, you DO have Pagati as a resource. While we do mostly go out and hunt down hits, you can always ask one of us to claim your hit when you leave/log in and we will do so WITHOUT robbing you. And if by some misunderstanding one does you when you're surrendering, let me know and I'll handle it.

Is the bank open 24/7? No it's not so I can't deposit my money at the bank everytime I leave if sometimes I may leave at a time the bank is closed.

The same way your score and money suffers is the same way my money and scores suffers when I happen to rob a bunch of stores, happen to rob a mafia owned shop get 'hit contracted' the next day as soon as I've come onto the game and spawned i'm killed and robbed on the spot. Once again, I said make hit contracts expirable for hit's that have been placed on people who rob mafia owned stores NOT people who have had 'hits' put on them. Is it really realistic everytime I'm about to leave the server to surrender to a hitman? What if there are no hitmen at the time i'm about to leave? I don't believe hitmen should be able to kill and rob people who have just spawned it's not fair.

If I may? I'd like to pose an interesting question. Are all human beings truly equal?
These days everywhere you go there's talk about the fight for equality. As a wise man once said heaven does not create one person above or below another. People like to throw his words around but that's not the whole quote. He goes on to say that while we are all equal at birth, pretty soon things begin to change. Academic effort is what sets some people apart to rise above the others.
At any rate, humans change over time based on their actions. Truth be told, at the end of the day, equality is just a fantasy and most of us go through life denying the fact that we live in a meritocracy.
I'll admit to being wrong on putting an expiry on hit contracts however hitmen being able to kill people who have just spawned really needs to be looked at it's quite annoying.
