0.3c released

The 0.3c version seems quite nice. But have you ever thought that drive-by with M4, AK47, all kinds of shotguns and others will be so freaking easy? It will be a complete madness and DMers will own everyone 2x more, criminals will be 4x more dangerous ( cops too ) and so on. This DB with various weapons seems awesome, but it might turn into a thing that nobody might control. But lets wait and see.

I think it's time for a change.
It's nice for a new challenge to come. It gets boring with the same routine every single time.. find a crim.. db.. get out and kill him..
The new DB will hopefully push more people to teaming with others.

Every ranged weapon. I wouldn't advise sniper though, because I got bugged with it (couldn't switch weapons until I bought another).
