Question regarding DM

When there are innocents people standing at the gas station and some guy feels like he is awesome and wants to blow the gas station up, resulting in the innocents dying.

IS THAT DM? This includes purposely driving players into the gas station if they are on the roof of your vehicle.)

I was just told it's NOT and I don't see the logic behind that

I did it to many admen and so they did it to me, nobody ever told me it was against the rules, so I guess it's not.

I see it as deathmatch as long as it's purposeful. If the player did it by complete accident and did not mean to harm anyone and/or they apologize to those affected, I see it as a simple mistake that you can move on from. But, there's a fat chance that would never happen because 75% of the SA:MP community is set out on a mission to report everybody for everything.

Well I was told by Spoon and the rest of the dutchies that is in fact NOT dm, but again I don't quite see the logic in that. I always thought that the definition of DM ( Deathmatch ) is purposely damaging another player without a valid reason. Shooting someone's tires is considered as DM also and you are not directly damaging the player or his vehicle.

Me and JohnCarer arrested Nelis and were ontop of Spoon's car which he, 2 minutes after we arrested Nelis, drove into the gas station, killing both me and John. Spoon was white.

I do think it is not dm but depending on the case,

i would of counted as dm if a person is being tazed and their friend shoots the gas tank to help their friend out.

but however driving ppl in to gas station is fine since they arent blind..
