no mate, this is what happend, a hacker hacked cash, and gave em alll to me then he kept selling me tec's till i got like over 999999 then i just got server closed connection, and i told my mate irl to login to my acc on his comp and it worked so some how my IP got ban

Seems like you started small, then in the end:

And there was a player that sold you plenty of tec9's. But, he never gave you any money or to anyone else.

So, we have comed down to the conclusion that you cheated.
